Molécula Bucólica - Unipessoal Lda. sells the goods, receives payment and issues invoices to individuals, businesses and professionals. Orders are confirmed on receipt of payment. This catalogue currently allows browsing and preparing a basket; payment is not yet available.

Displayed prices exclude VAT. The total, taxes, shipping and applicable supplements will be disclosed before purchase. Additional charges require prior information and acceptance. VAT depends on customer type, tax identification and destination; an EU shipment or choosing business does not itself confer exemption.

Baskets have fixed contents with no customisation or customer-requested substitutions. They contain no festive greeting cards or gift vouchers. Stock shortages will be reported; substitutes require acceptance before dispatch, otherwise the affected order may be cancelled and refunded.

Mandatory food information, including ingredients, allergens, quantities and storage requirements, must be available free of charge before purchase, in the product information or through a clearly indicated channel. Additional information can be requested from the commercial contact. Individual expiry or best-before dates and lot numbers accompany each item on delivery. Follow manufacturer storage instructions, including after opening; there is no single expiry date for the whole basket.

CTT or DHL services will be used according to destination and preservation requirements. Coverage, service, dispatch time and expected delivery will be confirmed before payment. Dispatch time differs from delivery time. Charges depend on destination, weight, volume and service; free delivery is not assumed. Provide a complete address and reception contact. Significant delays and supplements will be communicated before acceptance.

For deliveries subject to import clearance, import taxes, customs duties and clearance fees may be charged in the destination country. These charges are not included in the amount paid to Entre na Quinta and are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient, who must pay them to the authorities or carrier. Molécula Bucólica - Unipessoal Lda. does not pay these charges. Delivery with duties paid (DDP) is not currently offered.

Consumers generally have 14 days after receipt to communicate withdrawal without giving a reason. This consumer right does not automatically extend to business or professional purchases. Only applicable legal exceptions apply, including goods that deteriorate or expire quickly, or sealed goods unsuitable for return on health or hygiene grounds once unsealed. Food status does not exclude an entire basket automatically; applicable exceptions will be disclosed before purchase.

Send an unambiguous declaration to the commercial contact, with the order reference and decision to withdraw; no account is required. Return eligible goods within 14 days of that communication. Refunds are processed within 14 days of notification, including legally covered standard delivery costs; where permitted they may be withheld until goods or proof of return are received. Customers bear direct return costs only if informed before purchase.

Until the customer area is available, use the commercial contact below for queries, cancellations and incidents. Include the order number, description and, where possible, photographs of the item, packaging and lot. We will review the incident and arrange the applicable replacement, accepted substitution or refund. An absent account or access difficulty does not remove customer rights.

Molécula Bucólica - Unipessoal Lda. is the controller. Necessary identity, contact, billing, delivery, order and incident data support enquiries, preparation and performance of purchases and legal obligations. Bases are pre-contractual steps, contract performance and legal obligations; security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interest with respect for individual rights.

Currently names, contacts and addresses stay in the checkout form; no order is created. Quote requests send the basket, countries, postcode and, for businesses, tax identification for the European Commission VIES check to the server. Birth date is optional. Browsing or purchasing does not authorise advertising. No optional interaction tracking or solely automated decisions with legal effects are used.

Vercel hosts the page and may process necessary technical service and security logs. Authorised staff and technical providers access only necessary data. The dedicated database uses Supabase; current checkout does not store an order there. The old campaign jsDelivr library is not loaded. Once orders are enabled, CTT or DHL will receive delivery data; the payment provider and privacy conditions will be identified before use. Authorities may receive data where legally required.

Data are retained as needed for requests and incidents, then for applicable legal periods or liabilities and claims. Any transfers outside the EEA require valid GDPR safeguards. You may request details of recipients and safeguards.

Request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection as applicable through the commercial contact; only minimal identity verification information will be requested. Consent can be withdrawn where processing relies on it, without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to CNPD (www.cnpd.pt) or the competent authority, including in your usual place of residence. This policy will be updated when orders, payments, accounts or new processing are enabled.

Creating an account stores your email, authentication data, profile and saved addresses in the dedicated Supabase database. Applications and authorised commercial contacts have access limited to their owner, assigned seller and administration according to permissions. This is separate from checkout fields that are not yet saved. Request correction or deletion through the commercial contact, subject to applicable obligations.
